This year's first Spring class will take place in Bolinas, Ca, at the renowned gardens of the
REGENERATIVE DESIGN INSTITUTE,
at the Commonweal Garden.

Our class is the first offered.
This class will cover a wide range of teachings related to HERBS and HEALING and is held at the renowned REGENERATIVE DESIGN INSTITUTE, homed at the Commonweal garden.The grounds are lush, very private and intensely rich in botanical life, both wild and organically cultivated. Our day will be spent in the intimacy of the gardens, in the yurt and in the large greenhouse as we prepare our lunch of STINGING NETTLES SOUP and REMEDIES from our gathered plants.
We will spend a gret deal of the morning learning toGET GROUNDED, WALK LIGHTLY upon the Earth and learn to "OPEN THE EAR OF OUR HEARTS " to Nature's/Spirit's Direct Guidance; IDENTIFYING PLANTS and learning their traditional uses, as we SMELL, TASTE and INTUIT their essence.
Various methods of gathering along with wildcrafting principles will be shared and put into practice.
Particants will learn how to prepare healing colored oil infusions from flowers, Tinctures and Glycerites, ad infinitum, and will TAKE HOME VALUABLE REMEDIES FOR THE MEDICINE CHEST.

HERBAL GIFT MAKING CLASS
for young girls,

This class is the first in a series of herbal classes for YOUNG GIRLS to have an authentic, hands-on experience with the magnificent world of
Healing Herbs.
With Mom in mind and heart, we will work with the timeless jewels of Rose, Lavender, Rosemary etc...to prepare safe, useful, authentic and loving remedies to take home as gifts.
Please bring a comfy pillow to sit on.
Participants will make and take home a variety of non-toxic, organic lovely herbal gifts for their mom.
Pre-registration is required.
